Contact and requests

Ambrio uses the details you submit to answer your questions, coordinate demos and discuss collaborations. This may include your name, email, organisation, location, availability and message. Contact requests are sent to our team by email without keeping a separate submission record on the website server. Resend may deliver these messages when configured. For a partner demo, we coordinate with the host and share the information necessary to arrange the agreed session. Older submissions stored before this change may remain in protected storage until reviewed and deleted.

Mailing lists and updates

When you join Stay in the loop or the priority list, your name and email address are added directly to the relevant list in Odoo Email Marketing. We use them to send the updates you requested. You can unsubscribe from any email or contact hello@ambriosound.com. Joining the priority list does not reserve a mixer or create a purchase commitment.

Form protection

To protect our forms from spam, we temporarily process your IP address and email address as secret-keyed hashes for rate limiting. The raw IP address is not stored with the form submission. Rate-limit records are removed on subsequent requests after 24 hours. This protection is based on our legitimate interest in securing the website and preventing abuse.

Cookies and statistics

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for up to six months under ambrio-cookie-consent-v1. Optional analytics remain disabled until you accept. You can reject them or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. The static website does not keep its own visitor statistics or browsing-history database. The former online administration is no longer available. Older protected records from earlier versions may remain until reviewed and deleted.

Google Analytics

When configured and only after analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 also receives page and event data, browser/device information and connection information including your IP address. Google may derive an approximate location. We do not send form values, names or email addresses. Google analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) identify a browser and are configured with a six-month expiry that may refresh on use. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our integration. Google retention follows our property settings and its processing terms; it may process data internationally. You can stop future measurement using Cookie settings. See Google privacy information and Google processing terms.

Fonts and external content

Neue Haas Grotesk loads through Adobe Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address when the font is requested. Valentine and our background film are hosted with the website. External links and videos opened through other services are subject to those services’ privacy policies.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared, or to withdraw your request for updates, email hello@ambriosound.com. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to follow up and manage the relationship. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
